DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Erica C. Penick is the Director of Operations of The Presidents’ Council, which acts as a catalyst for inclusion by supporting, developing, and advocating for current and future generations or African-American entrepreneurs and leaders through wealth creation and sustainability. This mission is carried out through our Foundation’s two flagship programs, Emerging Entrepreneurs and PC Scholars, and The Presidents’ Council Business Chamber, Northeast Ohio’s only African-American business chamber.
Erica joined the organization in 2013 and was appointed to her current position in February 2016 where she has the overall strategic and operational responsibility for the organization’s finances, staff, programs, development efforts, expansion and execution of its mission.

MEMBER SERVICE COORDINATOR
Stephanie Sheeley is the Member Services Coordinator for The Presidents’ Council. Joining the organization in 2016 with a degree in Political Science and African American Studies from Ohio University, Stephanie works to maintain responsive and positive relationships with all Presidents’ Council Business Chamber (PCBC) members and Emerging Entrepreneurs (EE) program participants by ensuring that each person receives the support they need to access their full member benefits for organizational growth and sustainability.

PC SCHOLARS PROGRAM COORDINATOR
Victoria L. Webster is the PC Scholars Program Coordinator for The Presidents’ Council. One of Victoria’s biggest passions is helping others. The PC Scholars Program does just that by ensuring students achieve success and reach post-secondary options by providing intense academic and career preparedness training.
Victoria joined the organization in March of 2016 where she has the pleasure of building meaningful relationships with the Cleveland Metro School District, High School Students and Community Partners.
